“All staff we encountered at the front desk where very helpful. The replies to emails were answered immediately. Amenities were excellent, beyond expectation. We were driven to the airport using the personal car of the lady staff when the shuttle wasnt available. Beds were great and comfortable. The only things that could improve is to name a landmark (bootleggers cafe) to find the office easily. And also can there be a way to remove the musty smell of the room? Might be coming from the……

“They were super helpful with picking us up from the ferry station, which was great because we had a lot of luggage! The place is beautifully Alaska and has amazing views from the deck!”

“Overall this is a very good hotel but when I ordered a cab to Crescent harbour. I hope the reception could tell me that Crescent harbour is just 5 minutes away that one could walk. So that I could have an option to walk or take the car.”

“This was an ideal stay. The staff was incredible and accommodated every request. We even needed to do laundry and they drove us to a different hotel to do so. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We loved the airport shuttle and downtown shuttle.”

“好👌，近机场 ，但是没有机场穿梭巴士，不是很方便去机场。比较安静，房间干净整洁，宽敞舒适，有厨房，可以自己煮饭。总体来说还是不错的，值得入住。”

“Breakfast did not have proper working machines and tables were dirty. Blinds were broken strings where I could not open blinds to look out st the ocean”
