The breakfast was decent (hot eggs, sausages, waffles machines, yogurts, bagel and bread). Fresh oranges and apples. We appreciated the recommendation of local restaurants and landmarks. Nice touch."

"Location is convenient as it is close to the Carlsbad caverns, but it is about 15 to 20 minutes away from Carlsbad itself. The property itself is in need of renovation. It is pretty old and somewhat rundown. The televisions have no signal or very poor signal overall. The continental breakfast consists of a muffin or cereal. Our room was not cleaned during our stay."
