Southlands Tours

The Glenwood Springs Inn is basically across the street from Iron Mountain Hot Springs and Glenwood Springs. We loved being able to go to the Hot Springs right from our hotel! The only reason I gave it four stars was because they don’t have coffee available in the rooms and the continental breakfast coffee doesn’t start until 7 AM. As an early riser I like to get up and have my coffee in my room! The continental breakfast was nice and there was plenty of room to eat in the area. Parking was easy as well.

It was in a beautiful mountain location and pet friendly, located near shops and restaurants. There was no staff on site but you could call for assistance. Both the lobby and room coffee stations were poorly stocked. One had no creamer and the other no coffee. Coffee pods for the room did not fit the machine. The lobby coffee area did not have a trash can. People just left trash on the coffee station. I am picky about property upkeep, So I noticed all the dirty doors and baseboards. The shower was new but no caulking on the bottom which looked dirty and possibly a little moldy. It wasn't horrible but I would expect more for my money.
