“Great host great property. Will be coming back again for sure. Super accommodating and very nice.”

“Check in was quick and painless. The property was beautiful. If traveling with children.. they have games available. Limited/No plastic plates and cups so bring your own. The house was so clean and cozy and quiet. There is a basketball goal but the ball was flat (no biggie). It was close to all the things but far enough to feel country and secluded. Check out was easy and that is so appreciated. Bring some extra paper towels, foil and ziplocks/tupperware. The details in the home furnishing was……

“We stayed at the Bird House for my daughter graduation weekend from Texas State University. Great location - peaceful vibe in the pecan trees, yet just 12 minutes from TXST campus. House is cute and has everything we needed (except dishwasher!!). We enjoyed swinging in the porch hammocks, walking the property, and lounging indoors. Definitely a great getaway! ”

“I had a very unpleasant stay due to the following issues: 1. The air conditioner was extremely noisy. Every time it started running, it made loud noises until it stopped. After a few minutes, it would start again and repeat the same cycle. The constant loud noise woke me up repeatedly throughout the night, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. 2. There were insects flying around the room. Some even fell into my cups, and one insect landed on my bed. This was unhygienic and made my……

“The house is clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was huge with an awesome walk in shower. The location is great as you are only a few minutes from 290 and access to Austin and Dripping Springs. You are also close to Wimberly and Kyle. Nice spot with all one could need. ”
