This was a very disappointing stay. The apartment was dirty, dusty, and hot. The temperature stayed around 77–78°F all night, yet the only bedding provided was thick comforters, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. When I simply asked for thin bed sheets, the host became argumentative instead of trying to help. They kept saying they were a private owner, as if that somehow excused poor customer service or making guests uncomfortable. It wasn’t until I contacted Expedia that the host responded by providing what I initially asked for. I didn’t want to spend my vacation dealing with unnecessary conflict, so we checked out after the first night instead of staying for the remaining five nights of our six-night reservation. I would not stay here again.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

A spacious large condo set within the AKA hotel in the financial district of Miami,it is well situated for public transport and has numerous restaurants within walking distance. The condo is well appointed but a number of light fittings are not working and the broken kettle mentioned in a post in November 2025 is still inoperable. Although not specifically mentioned, the pictures show a balcony which is correct but it is an internal one overlooking the hotel dining room. Communication with the managing agents is good with precise detailed joining and leaving instructions, which are vital as arriving by car is a complicated and time critical process overseen by the hotel valeting staff. Overall, an enjoyable stay and value for money given its location

From the moment I checked in, I knew I was in for a great stay. Sean made the check-in process quick, smooth, and welcoming. He was incredibly friendly and even offered me a welcome drink, which was the perfect way to start celebrating my birthday. The entire team at Nobu was warm, professional, and genuinely hospitable. A special thank you to Sean for upgrading me to an amazing room on the 14th floor and for surprising me with a birthday cake the following day. it was such a thoughtful gesture that made my celebration even more memorable. The hotel is so large that I didn't have the chance to enjoy all of the facilities, but everything I did experience was exceptional. I'd also like to thank Joshua, Rheana, and Franca for their outstanding hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, my stay was a 10/10. The only minor downside was that my card kept being charged during my stay, which was a slight inconvenience. I also wasn't offered assistance with my luggage when leaving for my car. However, these were small issues compared to the outstanding service I received. Nobu Miami truly lived up to its reputation. It's a hidden gem, and this certainly won't be my last visit. I can't wait to return!
