“Where can I start? The room was clean and nice. But that’s as far as it goes. The food was terrible. The breakfast buffet was cold and they ran out of food and dishes. The more crowded it got, the more dirty it was. The television in my room didn’t work as well. I wanted to watch the basketball game and the channel wouldn’t come on. “We found the property very handy to the beach and spent a lot of time by the pool. The room was very clean - the staff sweeps the sand out every day. Some of our family was staying at the next property and we could easily walk across the lots in seconds. The BRGR restaurant was very handy so no need to get in the car to eat. “Overall, it's a nice property, but very overpriced. Staff is very friendly and property is very well maintained, outside of the room we stayed on. First appearance of our room was very dirty. There was an orange peal on the remote for the tv, dirt and crumbs on top the stand tv was on, sand covering the floor everywhere, and even in both beds. The first night we had not even been on or near the beach and it was like the sheets were never cleaned before we got there. ”

“Cheap everything in kitchen, furniture, dirty carpets, no housekeeping, had to buy TPaper. Maintenance was who we to for help. Hot tub was green. Rude 1 front desk person who never could help with anything. 🙁. All beach supplies provided as well which was amazing! Newly remodeled but a few things I would suggest to make it even better. Our faucet was very loose in the kitchen. “This place is a new found little slice of heaven for my husband and I. We found the place soooo relaxing and in the perfect location. The beach here is private. Even though there were people who ignored the signs, it was still way less crowded than Nokomis Public Beach. We had a beachside efficiency closest to the beach (#17), literally steps away from touching the sand. The property managers are so warm and friendly and always greeted us with a smile when they were working around the property.……

“The resort and location are nice. The room was a condo being managed by the resort, and we had issues with the room. The bed was so bad that I needed to sleep on the couch. The TV only offered four English stations. The refigure door would not remain closed. Very little shower water pressure.
