“Everything was nice”

“The room was cold, but the bathroom was even colder because the heater was not hot and the quilts were thin. The room was very dim and depressing”

The room is dated, smells old, and isn't clean. The bathroom is tiny and old—I wouldn’t even try to take a shower. The air conditioner isn’t good either, and the breakfast was almost non-existent. I was so disappointed and could not believe anyone could give it a 9 out of 10 rating. Get something newer. Last time, we stayed at……

“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“Property was in the perfect location for us. Easy access to I-44. Quiet, safe area. Ample parking. Several options for breakfast. Staff was very friendly at check-in. Also knowledgeable for local eateries. Would definitely stay here again!!!!”
