“The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken and this was an inconvenience also we received a strange text from corporate at about 8 am prompting us to go to an online checkout and tell them when we would be leaving. This is not the way to treat a guest. They should not send this message.”

“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“The bed was so comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and a powerful stream of water. Both items are important to me. The breakfast was very tasty and Julie, the attendant, was helpful and friendly. I would return to the hotel again because of her positive attitude and disposition.”
