“The property itself was very nice. That’s the only positive thing I can say about our stay. There is nobody that can help you in the event of an issue. For example, we were only given one parking tag but we had two cars in our party. There wasn’t anybody to talk to, no number to call, no email that could get us in contact with somebody that could resolve the issue. “The entire first floor if the property smells TERRIBLE. Everyone leaves their trash in the halls and it smells disgusting. Our tv in the master room didn’t work and the master bathroom shower wouldn’t drain consistently so showering was gross. The second bathroom had snot on the bathroom wall. The only positive is that there was enough room for our party of 7. Next time we will book two different rooms at a hotel.”
