“Had a wonderful time just north of The Dells a wee bit. My wife and I highly recommend The Lodge at Mauston! If you’re looking for a getaway just a short drive from southern or central Wisconsin, or wherever you’re from. Go to the nearby state parks and roam around the countryside or visit The Dells. This was our 2nd time there in the last two years. We will most likely be planning an Autumn trip this year as well a summer and autumn vaca next year. Thanks to all of the staff as well as the……

“This hotel is overpriced. On the plus side, the room was quiet and comfortable. The bar area was nice and any sound from there did not make it to our room, three doors down. Negatives are no cleaning unless you request it, and the sign that was supposed to be in the room to that effect was missing. Breakfast was only fair for the room price. Just above continental with eggs and biscuits and gravy (not even any bacon). I would not stay here again unless the room rate drops significantly.”

“The sofa bed was not in good shape. The bed was really sloped downard. It was so bad, we could not use it. I complained to the night clerk, and she just stared at me. I told her it was not worth the extra $45 I spent for the room, since the bed was unusable.”
