“The creek running along property was very tranquil. My son loved watching the fishes in the creek. The property was clean, beds comfortable and easy access to lead and Michelson trail.”

“Room first night of two was totally unacceptable. Dirty, wet floors, wall in bathroom pealing. We were placed in a basement room. Window out to cement wall. Tv didn’t work. Air conditioner was leaking. Smelled like bleach. Spoke to attendant and was told NO other rooms. Next day owner moved us to another ro9m after our key cards didn’t work when we returned from day of sightseeing. No over of refund for such a terrible room. Said he didn’t want it rented.”

“In the building I stayed in had no refrigerator or microwave but the other buildings had them i couldn't make phone calls in my room i had to go outside to use my phone because the wifi only worked out side and the beds are nothing to write home about for what they charge to stay there for the Sturgis rally you can find much better for the same amount of money with better accommodation i don't recommend this place”
