The neighborhood is quiet and nice, and considering the price, everything was really good and met our expectations. The only small downside was the check-in time. "The room was very large, and the shower is really nice! The hotel is located in a very nice area and is close to lots of shops and restaurants. The hotel owner is super kind, helpful and friendly. Amenities were very nice. Breakfast every morning was excellent with fresh fruit, breads and a nice selection of jams. Every day, we got complimentary bottles of water and sparkling water!"

"When I arrived, my kids immediately saw rides and a pool. I was immediately told by brother of the host that this area is private. It is literally the same building, same garden, same premises. Why is the “private” area for brother not separate. It’s like living in the hotel. How are the guests supposed to know. "The checkin process was super easy. They sent a a step by step instruction guide complete with pictures and a video - zero guessing needed. That also included exactly how to get into Venice using the bus - and they gave the bus schedule. Very seamless. The room was clean and air conditioning was strong which was nice because it was 39 degrees while we were here. My only suggestion is that the listing didn’t say anything about shared bathroom and kitchen with 3 other rooms. However, these spaces...
