It happens all Ruby properties cuz I stayed at Ruby River and the same thing happened twice as much per night per room too. Staff was friendly but it doesn't make up for everything else. Partner dinning options were great! Ate dinner at the Steam Plant Bar and breakfast (included!) at Rosie's, both were fabulous!
