“We had 3 couples stay in this charming home while in town for a wedding. The location was great with proximity to downtown Franklin in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and comfortable for our group. We enjoyed the firepit and lights as well as the screened in porch. We played a little ping ping as well! The hosts were great communicating with us. I would definitely recommend this vrbo and stay again sometime!”

“This it was a great property to stay at. There was plenty of room and everything that you need. We would definitely stay here again. There was a lot of bird poop on the outside furniture, tables, chairs, grill and windows that we had to clean. Also, their propane tanks were empty for the grill.. Seems like there was a few things left behind from former guest like bags of beans from cornhole game. All in all, it was a good experience.game that were letoys that”

“The location was nice, gas station 2 min away grocery 10. The porch was amazing, I would add hooks for hammocks. It’s a large open wooden home so the sound carries. The water pressure was a weak that was the only big negative ”
