Was in room 1301. The room is not suitable for guests. The elevator noises are non-stop (room is on top floor next to elevator shaft). I’m not talking about when the door opens/closes on the floor. Every single time the elevator is in use, the room is filled with noise. Had two terrible nights of sleep. Would not have stayed in the room if it were free. Was charged full price.
Zero acknowledgment from anyone and was not given the opportunity to move. If noise issue is so harmless, give the room to someone else who is checking in.
Sat for breakfast and waited for 10 minutes and no server came over. Had to leave.
Will never set foot in this or any Conrad again and not in a hurry to give any business to Hilton.
