"The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early. Two days before we were leaving the owner of the unit called demanding that I ask the Host to pay him money owed for our renting the unit. I called customer...

Check in procedures could be a bit easier and better communicated. Convenient to Subway at 23rd and 8th Ave, can pretty much get anywhere. Good restaurants nearby, easy walk to Chelsea Market and Meatpacking district. "
