“Our stay at the Baymont was a disaster! Initially we were placed in a room that was adjacent to a service room that had ongoing noisy equipment, and needless to say, we weren’t going to get any sleep being in that room. We requested being moved to another room so that we could get some sleep after a long day driving on the road. By the next morning we had discovered room conditions that were shockingly disgusting. Summed up, areas around the room were covered in dust and filth that resembled……

“The hotel was clean and quiet. The issue with our stay was that we needed a cot and before the booking, they had clearly stated they offered cops for free. Again after booking, I read that kites were free upon request. We needed a cot as our children do not sleep well together. The manager on duty told me that they do not give out air mattresses anymore because it is a fire code violation. I did not ask for an air mattress, I asked for a cot. Apparently the hotel needs to figure out its policies……

“Despite numerous negative reviews, I must say it's excellent, and the bathroom is also very clean.”

“AC worked really well in the room which was nice after a day of traveling. I would come back and stay again. Breakfast selection was good too.”

“Room had been cleaned fine but quality of hotel was very disappointing, even for a motel. Breakfast is basic continental. Parking fine but area looks old and dirty. Bed comfortable. Location perfect for visiting Gaylord Opryland. ”

“This stay was amazing! I enjoyed being on the ground floor while having our car right outside our door for convenience. Next time I hope to have a higher level balcony to be able to better enjoy sitting outside without people walking by. The bed was amazing and comfortable. It always smelled so good walking into lobby. We also loved that Kroger was within walking distance and used this to our advantage! ”
