"the air conditioner in our room didn’t work so we had to move rooms around 2 am which was pretty inconvenient. the air conditioner in our second room also didn’t work correctly, but it was tolerable. when i went to check out this morning the staff was not helpful at all. i asked them if i just needed to text their number back to check out and they said i could request to retrieve my vehicle from a text link and that’s not what i was asking them so i asked again and they repeated themselves so i ended up just walking away. "

"Rooms were clean. I was pleased to see no carpet in the room. The bed was comfortable. The indoor pool and hottub was not available due to maintenance. I wish I had know that before and that reason I gave a 4 on amenities. There is some road noise on the parkway side. Overall I would stay there again. "

"From the outside everything looks good, but the inside is a different story. This property is run down, dirty, the beds and all the furniture in the room was uncomfortable, the tub was dirty, there was some mold in the air condition unit, the place felt dark."
