“The location was very central for St Augustine and only a short drive from the historic town, and walkable for the beach. The communication before our stay was excellent, upon arrival the property was still being clean but wasn't able to reach the property manager instantly both numbers provided went to voicemail. The cleaner contacted us just over a hour after our initial attempt to check in at 3pm, the stated time and we returned. The apartment/condo is very pleasant, it has some nice touches……

Staylah was prompt in sending maintenance over to fix the garbage disposal and they were prompt in resetting our door code when we contacted them that the original door code was no longer working. The layout of the ADA unit was nice and it worked for our guest in his electric chair. Unfortunately, the unit was not very clean when we got there. We had to wipe down the bathroom shelves, kitchen shelves, kitchen cabinet spaces that we wanted to set food in and……
