"Location was really nice..view of the Atlantic from second and third floor balconies. Walkway to beach couldn't get much closer. Nicely furnished and well equipped. The bedrooms on first floor worked well for those who have trouble with stairs. We took the top floor which had a great view and lots of space. Pool was nice..took a late swim. We usually stay in the old town but would stay here again. Only complain and it's minor..slider on 2nd floor is rather difficult to open /close. We didn't use...

"Ten years coming to St. Augustine and this condo is our favorite. The corner on the third floor and wrap-around balcony makes it a unique privilege. The ocean sound lulled us to sleep. The condo is well appointed and owner very accommodating."
