Very welcoming although typical low class

Knights inn are known for being badly maintained and this location is no exception. The one redeeming factor was the pleasant attitude of the front desk agent who was very friendly and accommodating. The room was stark and the walls and floors looked worn and stained but the sheets were clean enough.

The hotel is very rundown. The tub felt like it was going to fall in. Didn't use the mini fridge because it didn't look safe to use. The beds were uncomfortable. Rooms didn't look even half a nice as they look online. The pool was closed and looked like it hasn't been open in years. The carpet was nasty. Would not walk around without shoes and luckily we had blankets in the car so we were able to put one down and cover up with the other

Wy pay $20 for deposit?

Room clean but bathroom in bad shape. Hot water running by spout only. Vanity rotten, pieces falling apart. Swimming pool fill with green water, it is use like a dumping site: old toilets and other trash on it.

We do not advertise a breakfast, however we do provide a free continental breakfast for those who want a FREE complimentary offering. There are many full service restaurants in close proximity that offer full breakfast menu's.

Had to reset my card ever day that is a pain and it was not good coffee

WE have upgraded to an electronic key system that most guests appreciate. If you are paying by the day, the card expires at a given and certain time. Therefore, you will need to bring your key to the office whenever you are late paying (after check-out time) or when ever you come in to pay for additional days. Be sure to bring all keys at the same time to have them reset at the same time. Sometimes, placing keys next to cell phones, devices and other such chip reading devices may desensitize the cards. We do not mind resetting your card should there be a reason. The old hotel/motel keys and door locks are being phased out in most areas and hotels. That is progress!

Hotel needs an over haul

Posted Mar 21, 2017 on Hotels
The room needs alot of upgrades. The parking was horrible. We went out for a few hours and when we returned we could not park near our hotel room. We had to park on the side street. I was not happy about that.

We have adequate parking for the number of rooms, however, sometimes other guests bring back more vehicles than they should and are not always concerned about where they park. We do not have assigned parking for the simple reason that we can not predict what size vehicle any particular guest staying in a particular room or having a certain reservation type might bring with them. we do have additional parking on the sides and front of the building and 24 hour security cameras and video taping of the parking areas.

10 minute drive to historic part of town. Friendly staff. Older hotel but the upkeep was nice. Decent price. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay again.

Not good, go anywhere else

Posted Mar 5, 2017
Pros: nothing
Cons: customer service!!
I had a fully paid reservation, the general manager attempted to get me to pay even more upon my attempted checkin. I was told I would be refunded for cancelling my stay due to that (two days later - no response from the inn or expeadia as to my refund). I have stayed at this hotel before though, it had rude service (again, general manager assisted me) and the rooms need updating.
