You don't get what you pay for

Although the staff were wonderful, the location and type of motel style rooms did not provide a quiet comfortable night sleep a wet soggy icy feel in the room because the ac had to be run non stop to block out noise of train and traffic. The staff were quick to fix a chirping smoke detector when replacing the batteries didn't work The free breakfast was packaged muffins and the coffee and juice dispensers seem very old and worn - We have learned much on 6 days of travel to Florida and back Booking ahead before you see what you are getting is not the way to go - pull up to a place at 2am that looks nice on the outside and pay the extra 10 dollars for a king bed and FULL BREAKFAST WE STAYED AT Sleep Inn and Comfort Suites and it was night and day difference

Who has control of sounds of the city which can be heard all over the city even at the other locations. Booking rooms outside city limits may of course cut down on traffic sounds however there are normally roads that lead to every business especially hotels & motels. The smoke detector will chirp when batteries need to be replaced, they all do. The breakfast is free to have or not have and there are full service restaurants nearby as well. Running the new air conditioner that obviously sounds like it was working very well is the guests decision.

Property is not advertised as a new property or as Grand Opening new hotel or spa. This is an economy motel located in the Historic District. The rooms are cleaned, serviced and inspected after each check out. The required maintenance and required products are used to maintain rooms. More information would be needed to respond further. Thank you.

Very welcoming although typical low class

Knights inn are known for being badly maintained and this location is no exception. The one redeeming factor was the pleasant attitude of the front desk agent who was very friendly and accommodating. The room was stark and the walls and floors looked worn and stained but the sheets were clean enough.

We are seeing repeated commentaries by this same party who can not even be verified as a guest. We feel this is a competitor using sites also owned by Expedia. Expedia reservations come from other names as well. Please remove these comments.

The hotel is very rundown. The tub felt like it was going to fall in. Didn't use the mini fridge because it didn't look safe to use. The beds were uncomfortable. Rooms didn't look even half a nice as they look online. The pool was closed and looked like it hasn't been open in years. The carpet was nasty. Would not walk around without shoes and luckily we had blankets in the car so we were able to put one down and cover up with the other

We are not advertising a pool. The bathtubs and shower stalls have all been replaced and there is nowhere for them to fall. The roof is newly replaced and appliances have also been recently upgraded. The carpet is cleaned on a regular basis as needed. All repairs are ongoing due to volume of guests and this happens to be a very traveled area located in the historic district.

This is the first time that the wife. Of the owner went into the room to check it to make. Sure we are stealing. The sheets or the toilet paper.to get the 20 security deposit back.also the pool was in construction and the attendant had all the answers very rough never again will go to a non brand hotel!

Checking rooms insures that shrinkage and damage does not occur to hotel property. Helps keep people honest too! Generally, most guests are considerate and do not take the towels, blankets, sheets, pillows, remote control etc., but then again some take the batteries out of smoke detectors and replace them with their own worn out batteries. Some even take the light bulbs and ice buckets. Now if everyone did that, it would be quite expensive don't you think? Therefore, we check every room so there are no issues remaining after the guest checks out! It's a smart and fair option to shrinkage of hotel property.

Stay Away - Place sucks

Would not recommend this place to anybody. I travel all over the place and this is the first time I ever came back to the room (it was late after great concert) and my key did not work. Did have a couple of local friends stop by who were going to show with us "Fools Paradise" anyway middle of the night and he basically extorted $40 off me to get back in room and was insulting. Honestly the worst place I've ever stayed I could go on... but hopefully you get the point.

The hotel was sketchy, and they didn't tell me about a deposit ahead of time so I was shocked at how expensive it was just for one night.

Wy pay $20 for deposit?

Room clean but bathroom in bad shape. Hot water running by spout only. Vanity rotten, pieces falling apart. Swimming pool fill with green water, it is use like a dumping site: old toilets and other trash on it.
