“Overall is fine, cleaning and Nice service. But breakfast is poor”

“All in all, the overall experience is a pleasant surprise in this 2-1/2 star hotel. The room was bigger and the level of cleanliness was better than expected. The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. If there is an need in the future for a hotel room in the surrounding area, this hotel will be my priority choice.”

“This hotel is run down, smells horrible, the staff in the morning glared at me each time he saw me in the lobby, and the room was filthy. Unfortunately, I did not get to the room until late and was unpacked by the time I realized what I got myself into. Carpets were sticky, toilet had dried urine on it, bathtub was disgusting, bed felt like a pile of springs under a sheet, corners of room had piles of debris covered in dust, and the "breakfast" was completely inedible. In hindsight I wish I……

“This hotel refuses to rent rooms to citizens of the city it is located in. The information explaining this is buried at the very bottom of the page and well past the area you pick a room at, Hidden essentially. I was not aware of this hidden and absolutely asinine policy until after I rented the room. They refused to refund my money despite the fact I never even saw the room. So they took my money, refused to honor my purchase due to my geographic location, and then stole my money by not……
