“All in all, the overall experience is a pleasant surprise in this 2-1/2 star hotel. The room was bigger and the level of cleanliness was better than expected. The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. If there is an need in the future for a hotel room in the surrounding area, this hotel will be my priority choice.”

“very clean and peaceful stay for 3 nights. staffs are very kind and polite. Very helpful whenever you are asking them questions.”

“The staff couldn't find my Expedia reservation so I paid with a different card and when I checked out the next day the money I paid Expedia triggered and I basically paid twice and everyone I've contacted at Expedia and Courtyard by Marriott St cloud has done nothing to help to return the money that by the way was almost $30 over what I paid when I made the reservation through Expedia. This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with your staff.”

“The room was a smoking room which i picked, but as soon as you open the door, you got hit with a strong but stale smell of weed. It was so strong that i checked out at 11:15pm after checking in at about 5. Ive stayed at this place before and it was fine, so it may have just been this room as it was the first time i stayed in a smoking room. ”

“Our group booked rooms here while traveling for a funeral this week and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the condition of the hotel. One of the rooms in our party had heavily stained carpet and furniture that appeared to have bodily fluids or vomit stains, and it did not look like the room had been properly cleaned before check-in. Photos were taken documenting the condition. Because of the sanitation concerns, our group decided to relocate to another hotel. The location is……
