“Overall is fine, cleaning and Nice service. But breakfast is poor”

“Overall the room wasn't terrible but there was quite a bit of maintenance items that needed to get taken care of. Staff was alright but the front desk worker took a call as we were checking in and was on the phone for 10-15 minutes as we waited. Sounded like they were talking to a travel agent and it would of been nice for her to take a minute to check us in and put the agent on a brief hold.”

“I think you should advertise this hotel as a hostile instead of a hotel! It smelt like the sweatiest mildew forming gym socks in my room or perhaps someone passed away in that room and it was just never taken care of. 304 was disgusting blood stains on the sheet, that were put on the bed inside out. No towels in the room, except a wash cloth and hand towel. Chair pushed up in the bed, no liners in the garbage randomly, tv remote sticky, looks like they may be started cleaning it and just……

“All in all, the overall experience is a pleasant surprise in this 2-1/2 star hotel. The room was bigger and the level of cleanliness was better than expected. The coin-operated self-serviced laundromat on the floor was an added pleasant surprise. If there is an need in the future for a hotel room in the surrounding area, this hotel will be my priority choice.”

“The room was clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. One of the beds needs a mattress replaced. One half was great. The other half wanted to push you to the center of the bed.”
