Front Row Center offers an amazing Gulf front location that is close to local shops, markets, restaurants, nightlife, multi-use path, St. George Lighthouse Museum and playground, fishing pier, and St. George State Park. Whether relaxing by the private swimming pool, searching for seashells on the miles of unspoiled beaches just steps from your door, kayaking, bicycling, or fishing, there are so many ways to enjoy your front row seat at this home. Apalachicola's restaurants, shops, entertainment scene and historic attractions are just 20 minutes by car!

OUTSIDE:

Front Row Center features a private boardwalk to our award winning Gulf beaches, private hot tub, beautiful private pool area, full bath at pool level with hot and cold water for the shower, fish cleaning station and park- style grill. This home has spacious decks on both levels, so there are lots of options for relaxing and enjoying stunning Gulf views, sea breezes, and your front row seat in paradise!

INSIDE: This home has a residential elevator serving the ground, first and second floors, which makes loading and unloading a snap! The completely renovated interiors of Front Row Center offer comfortable spaces in the large living/dining/kitchen area, and stunning views of the sea through the wall of glass windows and doors. This open concept living space features a soothing modern décor, large flat screen TV and brand new porcelain plank floors throughout.

There is plenty of room at meal time at Front Row Center in the large dining area with seating for 14. The large kitchen center island, perfect for gathering for coffee and conversations with the chef, seats 6. This beautifully remodeled space offers GE Café appliances including 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, range and an additional wall oven. Fully stocked and ready for the chef in your crew, it has everything needed to prepare coastal feasts. Outside spaces on the first floor feature the large lower deck, half covered, enclosed by screens, and perfect for al fresco dining. The hot tub on the open half of the deck is the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun and to take in views of the beach, water, sunrises and evening stars. First floor sleeping accommodations feature 2 king master bedrooms and a bunk bedroom. Both king master bedrooms feature a full private bath with a walk-in shower, closet and flat screen TV.

The bunk bedroom sleeps 6 with a large TV, perfect for the kids to hook up their video consoles and offers easy access to the full shared bath on the first floor. The second floor boasts 2 large king master bedrooms and access to the large open deck with fantastic views of the Gulf. The North king master bedroom offers a private bath with a large walk-in shower, closet space and flat screen TV.

The South king master bedroom is the largest and features private bath with walk-in shower, coffee bar, beautiful sliding glass door with views of the Gulf, and direct access to the large sun deck where comfortable seating provides the perfect spot to curl up with a good book and a refreshing beverage while watching the dolphins frolic in the waves. With so many Gulf front luxury amenities, you will know you have arrived at your seat in Front Row Center!

Great House with all the amenities

We’ve been to St. George Island many times, but this house has been our favorite! The check in process was very easy, and the property management group was very easy to reach and communicate with for questions. The house is stocked with almost every supply you’d need for a great day at the beach! An added bonus was the fabulous pool and hot tub for us to warm up during a slightly chilly week. We also loved the special touch of the welcome bag. We will definitely be rebooking for our next stay!

The screened-in porch is a great feature. Overall, we enjoyed it very much and would stay here again!

Fantastic Stay

We have been taking beach vacations for over 45 years and this is one of the best houses we have ever stayed in. The house was so clean, the welcome bag was a nice touch. Loved having the hot tub, even in the middle of the summer. The pool is perfect with part of it in the shade. We just love it! Already booked a week for next summer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 10th family vacation in Florida (5 in Destin, one in Indian Pass & 4 on St. George) We stayed in Front Row Center in 2024. We had a great time & loved the property. There was plenty of room for everyone and there were lots of amenities, including a lot of beach gear. There were 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers & 2 large tables in the main area. There was a 3rd refrigerator in the main suite. At that time we did have a couple of minor quibbles about the cleaning ability of the dishwashers as well as the presence of a low overhang near the pool that resulted in several banged heads. Well, the owners apparently listened. They installed a Bosch dishwasher that did its job extremely well, & they took some of the overhang off so walking under it was much less risky. The only thing I can think to mention is that if you bring your dogs, be aware that there were a lot of sand burrs in the areas surrounding the house. I don't remember it being an issue last year, but it was this year. I certainly don't hold that against the owners. Overall, when you put everything together (location, beach access, house amenities, good restaurants, lack of traffic and plenty of room on the beach), this is the best place we have stayed at. I don't think you can ask for much more. So, we'll be back next year & are already looking forward to it.

Having 4 king suite bedrooms provided a private retreat for everyone at the end of each day. The beach was never crowded and the "Old Florida" vibe of the island provided a relaxing respite. We loved the options to enjoy the beach and pool (with all the beach chairs and toys included). The views from the beach and multiple decks were outstanding. Having a well-stocked kitchen and ample dining space, allowed us to enjoy family dinners when we didn't want to go out. The private boardwalk to the beach was convenient, well constructed and safe. We prefer the slower pace that SGI provides, compared to other busy commercialized vacation spots a couple hours north west of SGI, therefore, we will be driving to SGI in the future and skipping the "30A scene."

Forever "Owl's Rest"

For 16 years we were nomads on SGI, staying at various other houses. We came back home last year and this year following the extensive renovations. It feels like home, but far better. The children who grew up coming to this house are now bringing their children. The tradition continues. You may call it Front Row Center, but it will be forever "Owl's Rest" to us.

Everything was so well appointed, every single kitchen item we needed we were able to find, the outdoor spaces were better than we expected and the house was clean and comfortable. Loved the decor and the little touches of home. We called maintenance once during our stay to reset the elevator and to shock the pool and they were quick, responsive and professional. Our only disappointment is that this house is already booked for the week we can go next year. We will be watching so we can snag it for 2026!

Wonderful House

All bedrooms are very nice, but the master is outstanding (much nicer than the other rooms, with a porch and beach view). We especially appreciated the shaded section by the pool (pleasant surprise). Even the umbrellas and beach chairs at the house were quite nice and plentiful. It seems that everything was new (May 2024). Some people commented on the dishwashers (two!) not working well, which was true. It's better to break open the pods first. Not a big deal. Our only issue was with VayKLive, the company that provides their bikes/chairs/etc. Make sure you're there to inspect bike delivery, otherwise it may be 2 days before you get usable ones. The house's umbrellas/chairs are nicer than what you would rent.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great! The house was clean, well equipped and when we needed assistance it was dealt with in a timely manner. Only complaint would be the dishwashers didn't work well. BUT, we started cutting open the pods and putting on the bottom and it worked much better. Guessing powder would be the best option. Otherwise....Great week and we would rent again.
