This charming one bedroom, one bathroom, 1st floor deluxe 75 square foot condo is perfect retreat for a small group up to four people. It boasts a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, ceramic tile backsplash, toaster, coffee maker and all the other basic cooking essentials. Park your car in the underground assigned parking space.
The dining area can seat up to 6 people along with 2 more people at the kitchen island. The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with a full size front load washer and dryer. There is a king bedroom along with a full size sleeper/sofa. The unit is equipped with Xfinity high-speed internet. Recent results from Speedtest app were 401 Mbps (download) and 11.7 Mbps (upload). You’ll enjoy looking out at the quiet wooded setting from the porch as well as having access to an in-ground heated year round swimming pool and four outdoor hot tubs.
