The restaurant served excellent dinners and some nights we also had live music - very enjoyable! It was a good location from which to explore various parts of Cape Breton Island. We highly recommend Bras d'Or Lakes Inn!"

"Despite a gale force storm, and code orange emergency our stay here was lovely. Our host even stopped by to check in on us during the major power outage that effected much of the area. Our only regret is the wind and rain put a damper on our ability to explore the local area and culture. We can only image how great this area is when the skies are blue and the winds are calm. We will definitely be back to find out!"
