Completely renovated kitchen & baths with stylish granite counter tops, new appliances and finishes. Continuous plank flooring throughout unit. Enjoy not only the serene blue-green waters and white sand, but the sound of the gulf, from your private balcony. Complete with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, pails and shovels!

The kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need for your stay including: cookware, full dishware, glasses and cups, coffee maker, blender and toaster. New stainless steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed while the guest room has both a queen and a full size bed. There are 3 flat panel televisions.

Amenities: Heated pool, Wi-Fi, cable TV, charcoal grills and grilling area, 1 parking space, and an elevator. Laundry Facilities are available in the building on each floor. No Pets. No Smoking. There is a 4-night minimum stay requirement. Conveniently located to restaurants, shops, activities and attractions.
