Home Away from Home - Vacation Rental Beach Palms 409 is a Gold Tier Gulf Front fourth floor condo with a view of Gulf and our white sugar sand beach. Spacious Living area with fun dÃ©cor. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for making great meals at home. Three bedrooms and two full baths. The main bedroom and living room with adjoining patio. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada America calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king bed in the main bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the third bedroom. The updated main bathroom has a double sink vanity, a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Washer and Dryer. Family Friendly offering free use of the high chair, booster seat, packâ€™nâ€™play and childâ€™s airbed that are stored in the 2nd bedroom closet.

The Beach Palms Resort amenities include Front desk NEXT DOOR for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grills, free assigned parking under building (ONE space only), TWO elevators, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). It is a Saturday Arrival and Departure 7-night minimum stay Smoke-Free Vacation Rental with 1 Parking Space Only. Sorry No Pets, trailers, RVs or boats.

Family Summer Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was perfect with the Beach Palms 409 condo--the view, the beach and the decor with a Disney and Beatles vibe was loved by the two kids. Everything was in good working order and the condo was clean and comfortable. JC Resorts can't be beat for condo rentals.

Great Week

We loved our stay. Condo was fantastic and the beach and pool areas were great. I wish the pool was lit. It was our first summer trip where the kids weren’t permittted to swim at night. Otherwise we love the trip.
