Great size apartment. Good location. We felt that for the money we expected it to be in pristine condition. Needs renovated. Water issues apparent throughout, in the bathroom, master bedroom. Fan in the master bedroom needs finished off. Clean the outdoors leading off the deck. Just needs a deep cleaning and some TLC for the money you charge. Getting out of the parking area is also a bit dangerous if there are three cars. Would have been nice to have at least a roll of paper towels to start with. Thank you!

Life on the Beach

Stayed at this rental on a long vacation with my boys. It is a large three bedroom space with all of the amenities you can need. Within walking distance of good food, too.The beach access is amazing. The pool is heated and clean as well.Would stay here again.

Family Vacation

We throughly enjoyed our time in FL. Not a drop of rain the entire week! The space was perfect for our adult boys and their girls. Check in can’t be any easier. The covered porch was perfect! The house is a bit older, but very comfortable. The elevator made it easy on my knees. I’d stay here again!

Perfect beach house vacation!

You can’t get any better…on the most beautiful beach, amazing location, clean house, house was MUCH bigger than expected and beautiful views!! Overall just a great beach house experience!!

Amazing views of terrific beach

Beach is gorgeous. Balcony is perfect with 2 tables and 2 comfy chairs. Inside is comfortable and has what is needed. Overall great stay!

Great Place

This property is located on a quiet strip of land, called the Narrows. The views from the balcony are amazing and the beach is quiet. You can enjoy shell collecting, dolphin and manatee watching, swimming and fishing right at your footsteps. The property is clean, and just as listed. The elevator makes it very easy to load all of your belongings on it, and it will take then to the third-floor for you, which makes Checking in and checking out easy. We greatly enjoyed staying at this property.

Perfect location!

We stayed here for a family spring break vacation and we loved it! The beach was fairly quiet, we saw dolphins from the balcony each morning and night, the beds were comfortable, and everything was provided. It is an easy walk to several restaurants and a short drive to the grocery store. Beach chairs, kayaks, beach toys were all provided too!

Loved the size of this place and all the seating and elevator Rocked it !Loved the sunsets!

We will return and I think next time we will rent the other units also. Great place for family time plenty of seats for everyone and the sunsets rocked it !! And elevator I loved !!!

Spring Break at Indian Shores

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very comfortable and offered every amenity we could possibly need. We loved having private balconies facing both east and west. This condo has so much room we were able to enjoy privacy as well as time together. The beach is beautiful and not very crowded. There are several great places to eat nearby. We would highly recommend this property to others!

Overall nice location and beautiful stretch of beach. Loved the deck for breakfast each day and cocktails in late afternoon before heading out to dinner. Son had no problem studying online and taking his last law school exam before graduation. Had a nice visit and would recommend the unit to anyone considering a visit.
