We had a wonderful experience staying in this condo. The communication throughout the entire process was exemplary! We appreciated information regarding the area and local attractions. The condo was clean, well-stocked and the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed eating lunch on the balcony which had plenty of seating. The condo had various pool toys, chairs, and beach supplies. We will definitely look into staying at this condo in the future!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo!

My best friend from Ohio visits me every year so we can spend "girl time" at the beach. We were both comfortable in this condo and impressed. It was clean, comfortable and we like that it was an end unit, next to the stairs. We had a great time and enjoyed watching sunsets on the balcony! I would stay here again!

Lovely beachfront condo!

This was my family’s first time visiting the Gulf coast of Florida and Treasurer Island was adorable! This beachfront condo was in a perfect location, within walking distance to great restaurants and a Publix. The condo had everything we needed and was clean. It was so convenient having a few beach chairs and towels provided for us since we were flying in. The beach was not very crowded, even thoughggg during spring break. The sunsets were incredible! Check in was super easy and while we didn’t need to contact the owners, they made themselves available for any questions. We’d definitely stay here the next time we visit!

Wonderful Property

This is a great condo. Clean and in good repair. I love the balcony and proximity to restaurants. It was nice being able to walk to music venues yet come back to a nice quiet property. We will be back

Fabulous find!

This place is great in so many ways!! It has a beautiful view it the beach and ocean from the balcony which spans the living room and bedroom! There is a wonderful heated pool and friendly but quiet guests. Great walkway along the back of a number of hotels and restaurants and across the street there are more - try the Middle restaurant and Brits pizza as well as sloppy Joes at the Bilmar ( love the view there too) and the Thunderbird for music all day. Place is as described! Fantastic find and we will be back!

First family trip in years

Met up at Treasure Island so was upset that only 1 car per condo allowed. Needs to be included in advertising. I would not have booked it if I had known. Also lock on patio door would not work but owner had a bar in it.

Great Location!

Overall we were very satisfied with this property. Like any property there were pros and cons. In this location the general size of the condo was the pain point, but that is not reflective of the condo itself or it’s listing. Everything is as it was described, but sleeping 6 in this arrangement comes with some sacrifices - and that is okay. On the positive side, this condo is within close proximity to some amazing amenities and they offered some free stuff to boot. We were able to jump over to john’s pass and take a dinner cruise with one of us getting a free admission. Beach rentals were pricy but they were not associated with this property. We had a lot of fun! Be prepared to hike a bit to the beach.

Good location and clean

It’s clean and conveniently located. Parking is limited to only one spot- no guest parking. Shortly after checkin we had a small maintenance issue with the unit above us. The onsite property mgmt company (not iTrip) talked to us about sending a plumber the next morning. Later that afternoon we heard someone trying to open our door. I looked out the side window and noticed it was the onsite property mgr again. Out loud I said to my family, “oh they must need to get in” and proceeded to open the door, the property mgr could definitely hear me and she ran off. It was obvious she didn’t expect me there and it didn’t make me feel safe. I don’t know if a plumber ever showed up because we were gone all day and there was no communication. The sheets were so worn they were thin and pilling all over so they were uncomfortable. The towels were so hard and thin. Both needed to be replaced. The beach umbrella was kid-sized. We used one beach chair. The other was so badly stained we didn’t bother. I think new linens and beach equipment would be all it takes for a perfect rating despite the strange encounter with the onsite mgmt.

I wish I could post the pics I took of this place….ick. We had to call maintenance the first day to fix the flapper in the toilet and also fix the air conditioning that stopped working. There is no lock on the back sliding door, good thing there weren’t ninjas staying near by to break in! One of the kitchen chairs looked as if someone peed on it. The master bedroom ceiling fan was full of dirt, the master bathroom bathtub caulk is moldy along with the bottom of the shower curtains. Dishwasher and bathroom towel racks are rusted. This unit needs a serious deep cleaning and a fresh coat of paint and it could be a beautiful unit. On the plus side, there were plenty of beach towels, chairs and toys if you have kids. Also, it has a beautiful view.

Awesome experience

We love it! Well stocked beach towels, chairs, umbrellas is always a plus. Very clean unit. We had a problem w/ remote not working for television, they sent someone over to set up a new one within an hour or so. Super service. Thank You, we'll be back soon!

Nice view

The condo is in a nice area and close to everything. Beds are comfy with nice bedding. Quite a hike to the beach so this may not be the best option for anyone with mobility issues. I will say I feel as though the cleanliness off the condo left much to be desired. I did address this with the rental agency and they were quick to respond.

Fantastic Location

Condo is exactly as expected based on the listing. The location is perfect with so many restaurants and gorgeous views in every direction. Everything about booking, checking in and checking out was super smooth. It would be good if the property had hooks to hang things to dry and more hangers since there’s very little storage space. Kitchen could have a few more dishes and glasses. We’d definitely stay at this property again!

Surf Beach Resort

This two bedroom two bathroom property is beachfront and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. It has a balcony facing the beach. The property has a heated pool and a hot tub. The property also included some useful items like beach chairs, and swim noodles and floats. We would recommend this property to anyone wanting an enjoyable Florida vacation.

mostly good. Only problem was a plugged main toilet that could not be fixed by us. Was reported and eventually in good time fixed by staff.
