This unit contains a comfortable living area including a 42 inch flat screened television and access to the outdoor balcony, which offers amazing views of the beach and pool. From here, you can enjoy your morning coffee, relax with a good book, and take in the amazing sunsets. The full kitchen has everything you need if you plan on cooking during your stay, as it is fully stocked with utensils and nice appliances. Dining table that seats up to six is just on the other side of the open kitchen, making everything convenient, relaxed and easy!

The master bedroom has 2 double beds as does the second guestroom. The third bedroom has 1 double bed, and all provide lots of room, including dresser drawer and closet space. The bathrooms are stocked with linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay. Free WIFI, washer and dryer, and ONE parking spot is also included. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need. This is a non smoking home.
