Entire Oceanfront Condo - 2 BR and 2 Bath
Located at Gulf Boulevard and 20th Ave., directly on the beautiful white sands of Indian Rocks Beach, within walking distance of everything you need. Short walk to several wonderful restaurants, including one of the best restaurants in the area, Guppies on the Beach. Directly on the beach with endless views of the Gulf! Great location beach to get away and relax in the sunshine with a private pool directly on the beach! Indian Rocks Beach has been rated as the number 1 beach in the Tampa Bay area by Yelp.
NON-SMOKERS REJOICE -- this entire 17-unit condominium property is completely smoke-free, inside and out, including the pool, balconies, covered parking area, and all other common areas.
WE DO NOT RENT TO SMOKERS. if you have a smoker in your party, you may not book this property, even if the smoker promises to smoke outside only. We have severe allergies in our family. You may not bring smokers or have smokers visit you or enter the property, as smokers bring smoke residue inside because tobacco smoke clings to their hair and clothing, which would then cling to our furniture and walls and bedding.
Our 2nd floor condo unit is cleaned and sanitized between stays according to CDC guidelines. Additionally, we have environmentally-friendly bed covers that are changed and laundered with each reservation. All our beds have thin washable blankets/coverlets. We have two sets for each bed and our housekeeper takes the just-used set home each week and washes/sanitizes them, and puts on a fresh set of covers for each reservation.
Luxury beach-front condo (we provide 6 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, plenty of beach towels, and a large wagon to easily carry everything to the beach). Easy elevator access, 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo with washer and dryer in unit. If you have a larger group, we also own Unit 203 immediately next door (see VRBO property #1098958 or Airbnb property name Oceanway203). Sleeps 6 in 3 queen beds (two queen beds in the master bedroom and one in the second bedroom) with luxury memory foam mattresses (all brand-new as of March 2018). Direct Gulf Front — full panoramic ocean view with all the comforts of home. All granite countertops. Newer building (built in 2004). Walk to Beach, Restaurants, and Shopping. Bookings are accepted only from Saturday to Saturday. Several blocks down the beach to the left, there is also a rental company that rents deluxe chairs and cabanas by the day.
Free Pickleball courts are just 4 blocks away for all you Pickleball players.
Your oceanfront paradise vacation awaits you. Sip your morning coffee on the huge balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with the saltwater breeze kissing your skin and the ocean waves massaging your every sense. Enjoy your day at the heated pool or on the sun-drenched beach -- lounging, walking, fishing, swimming, playing in the pristine sand and surf, or floating on a raft as the waves gently rock away all your stress. Rent a canoe, kayak, or paddle board from the local rental shop.
When hunger hits, IRB (Indian Rocks Beach) beckons you with some of the best restaurants on the beach within easy walking distance. Or stay in and cook in the fully-equipped kitchen or grill out by the pool.
IRB is located south of Clearwater Beach, and north of St. Pete Beach, but it’s better than both! Once you discover IRB, you'll never want to stay anywhere else!
We are "owner-operated," which means you'll have direct access to us, and not a "management company" that manages hundreds of rentals. Beachfront Paradise
This condo is right on the beach and allows you to enjoy every sunset. You get to experience ocean breezes and the warm, white sand between your toes. The condo was the most fully stocked condo that I have ever rented. We also enjoyed the convenience of the beach supplies in the storage locker, comfortable furniture, and found that the humidifiers work great and really help make the condo more comfortable in the middle of the summer. Thanks! We had a great vacation.

Our party of three women throughly enjoyed this unit. Everything was as stated and so many little touches made our stay very comfortable. The gulf is only steps away. The balcony view is beautiful. Beach area was not crowded and sugar fine sand. We did not rent a vehicle so used uber from and to airport. The trolley that stops in front of the unit was so convenient and cheap. One driver suggested we just use a debit card versus the app. We had issues with the app. We never paid over 5 for all three of us to travel all day. Its air conditioned and runs up and down Gulf Blvd many times everyday. Great hosts and esdy to communicate with. We'd love to stay here again!

Great stay
We really enjoyed this vacation. The condo was easy to get to, right on the beach, and nicely decorated. The owners and I had some miscommunication on their smoking policy that caused us to have to leave a family member at home. It was legitimately my mistake because I didn’t see their policy, but I’m also very shocked anyone would restrict a smoker from even entering their property. All in all, nice condo. Great vacation.

Thrilled!
We could not be happier with our stay. The view of the beach and Gulf is amazing! The beach was not crowded. One day, 13 manatees swam by! We bicycled everyday... lots of roads without traffic, and the awesome Pinellas bike trail is not far away. The kitchen was fully equipped, and we ate in every day except one. The one night out, we took the owners' advice and went to Guppy's on the Beach. It was great! Evan and Jeannie were extremely responsive to our questions, usually within minutes. We enjoyed playing Pickleball; there are courts just a few blocks away. The beds were really comfortable, actually more comfortable than our beds at home! And lastly, I'll admit that none of us had ever experienced a bidet before. We're now looking into getting our own.

Perfect for small family winter get-away!
Beautiful sunsets from the balcony & living area! The balcony has dining table for 4 and plenty of lounge seating. A wide variety of beach chairs (including some with built-in shades) and ez-up canopies are provided. The lock set-up for the condo, storage closet & pool area are all easy to use. The pool was warm enough for December enjoyment and the hot tub was actually hot! (Not always the case these days at hotels and rentals). The condo has a large assortment of pans, dishes, and utensils - big fridge and dining table for 6. Huge TV in the living area and smaller in the bedroom with 2 beds. Gas grills downstairs worked great and the condo is close to several restaurants. Everything was just as described, owners provide great communications - all-in-all a GREAT stay!

Broken elevator
We've stayed at this condo complex before. The biggest problem was the elevator was broken. My wife uses a cane and has a difficult time walking. We stayed on the second floor so she was able to, with a great deal of difficulty to get up the one flight of stairs . Anyone in a wheelchair would have had to cancel. I called the owner about this. We were not made aware of this ahead of time. I recommend anyone checking ahead of time.

Great rental, perfect location
This was our first time staying in Indian Rocks. Check in was super easy and the unit beautiful. Clean, spacious and well appointed with everything you could need. The sliding glass doors to the terrace give you a picture perfect full view of the ocean. We had the unique experience of getting to watch hurrican Debbie come in from the comfort and safety of our condo. Which was quite a show. The pool, hot tub and pool area are very clean and directly in front of the unit. Great location. Close to tons of restaurants, shops, etc. Great vacation spot all around!

Great condo with perfect ocean view
Very clean, roomy condo with everything you will ever need. Kitchen includes all cooking equipment, utensils and even a few basic necessities like spices and oils. Bathrooms are equipped with the usual towels and tp and what an added bonus to see hair products, sun screen just in case you forget your own. My daughter and I both agree that the beds were super comfortable.
We loved having coffee and cocktails on the roomy patio couches while enjoying the beautiful ocean view.
Easy walk to multiple yummy restaurants too.

All was OK except the mattress in master bedroom are basicly junk. You lay down and fall in a hole!

Nice relaxing spot between St.Pete and Clearwater
Location was perfect, better in real life than the pictures on line. Well stocked kitchen. Beach locker was good (great umbrella, ok chairs). We enjoyed the beach being just steps away, and the local restaurants. Small pool, but we are not really pool people. Definitely would stay here again.

Spectacular condo
