ACT Vacation Rentals presents: Friendly Native #303. Come enjoy your St Pete Beach get-away! Literally just cross the few beach parking spots and you are on majestic St Pete Beach enjoying the sand between your toes!

Breathtaking 2 bedroom 1 bath condo on St Pete beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Best location on the beach! Condo has an eat in kitchen as well as a high top table in the living to eat at or just relax on your computer while having coffee. Great Gulf of Mexico views from the high top table!
Second floor condo gives a nice view of the pool area, very relaxing. 2 Bedrooms - 1 has a Queen bed, the other has 1 Full bed and 1 twin, there is also a roll-a-way in the closet.

The kitchen has pots, pans and all kitchens essentials to enjoy your vacation. This property offers a heated pool with plenty of seating for guests. You can chat it up with neighbors or relax and keep to yourself and read a book.

Beach is located across the parking spaces from Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water.
Buildings 100-400 are around the pool, buildings 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court.
This condo is building 300, on the poolside/beachside of the building.

Cute little condo overlooking the pool and beach. The beach is very accessible and walking distance. The location is very nearby the main road (Gulf) which led us to shopping , great food options, and cocktail spots. It was perfect for our time there

Wonderful Family Spring Break

The unit is perfectly sized and on the pool side of Friendly Native. Has everything you need and matches the description. There is a closet with beach/pool necessities from past renters that made life very easy. We will return and rent this unit again.

Perfect location

Property was as described clean and well-maintained fully furnished it had everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again. My only complain is it did get a little noisy at night from the below and above floors on a few nights but nothing that would keep me from coming back.

Another Friendly Native stay

We loved it but they lacked a bit of the accoutrements that would attract a second stay. We had to buy some essentials like toilet paper, dish soap, and beach chairs. Great, clean apartment but a little bit goes a long way. Greatly appreciate the accommodations.

Noisy and needs some maintenance

I'll start with the positives: the location is great and communication with the property manager was also great. They let us check in early and that was very much appreciated. The not-so-positives include the shower curtain liner (moldy) which has been mentioned in other reviews, several light bulbs needed replacement, a family of nocturnal pachyderms live in the unit above this one and they have absolutely no regard for anyone else. You are also told at check-in that you have to throw away trash and clean up dishes (which we probably would have done anyway), or you will be charged for those, even though there is already a cleaning fee applied. Parking was easy and several restaurants are within walking distance. Plenty of good towels supplied and the beach chairs were a nice touch.

The condo was in a perfect location and very clean. A good value for the money. However, it is an older building and neighborhood. The entry stairwells have well worn carpet and don't present a good image. Once inside, the condo was welcoming. Nice view of the pool and a glimpse of the ocean. No elevator so not a good choice for someone who is not able to climb stairs.

Instructions were clear and bang on. Host is extremely responsive and friendly. Great location. About as close to the beach as one can get without having it in your backyard. Parking easy. You hear the floor above you, and so there's some uncertainty there. Tub needs a little TLC, and perhaps the couch. To be fair, owner can only act with knowledge -- host is great, guessing this will be remedied. Carpets, bedding, towels, all clean. Beach and pool toys for kids were great. Quiet vibe in and around the building. Pool was clean. Not crowded. Kids had a great time.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. It was very close to the beach and the pool was always clean and empty. It was close to local shops. I think the room needs a bit of updated - no more carpets and more of an open concept look- but it was big enough for my family. Thank you.

This was our first vacation to St. Pete Beach. We loved the area and would return again. The condo was in a good location and is in close proximity to the beach. We enjoyed our stay. The condo was spacious for the three of us.

Property is exactly as described. It was very comfortable and clean. Location is great! Short walk to the beach. We liked that there are two entrances to the place. Building is a little older, but that was not an issue. Only real issue we had was the noise from the renters upstairs on the 3rd floor. We could hear every single step (or stomp!) they made. But, again, not the fault of this unit. Communication was good and helpful. Would recommend! ☀️🌴👍
