The Angler*Quaint 2bdr 1BA Cottage, 30 Steps to Sand*Heated Pool
The Angler is a quaint coastal freestanding beach cottage with two bedrooms and one bath. The beautiful resort property has a heated/chilled pool, and private beach area with loungers and is ideally located within walking distance to several local great restaurants and shops. The Angler is a quaint coastal freestanding beach cottage only steps away from the sand! The cottage was built in the '50s and though it has been renovated, it still holds that great Florida charm with beautiful wooden ceilings and built-in cabinets!
**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. For open accesses, please visit: Pinellas.gov/projects/2025-pinellas-county-beach-nourishment-project/
Their projected dates are as follows:
Indian Rocks Beach: October – December 2025
Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**
Kitchen: Eat-in full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator/freezer combo, electric stove/oven, microwave, blender, and drip coffee maker. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices and cooking oil are not always available.
Living Area: Cozy living area with comfy seating, Queen sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, and a TV.
Bedrooms #1 & #2: Each bedroom has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, dresser space, and a small TV. All linens are provided.
Bathroom: *Newly renovated!* Three-quarter bathroom with a standing shower.
Outdoors: There is a 4 top dining table outside of the cottage in the pool area, from here you can enjoy meals, cocktails, or the beautiful garden. The sand is only 30 steps from this cottage. We have a private beach area that has plenty of loungers. There is also free shared laundry on site. Heated/chilled pool with three relaxing waterfalls, beautiful paver pathways leading you to our private beach area, two grilling areas, painted seawall, and pavilion.
We have frequent guests who come with extended family to celebrate anniversaries, weddings, family reunions, and holidays. Guests can stay in separate cottages but share the outdoor living spaces. Some large groups prefer to rent the entire complex under "Arbors Seaside Cottages Complex"- this way it can sleep up to thirty guests.
*The covered pavilion area is reserved for Beach Lodge guests only.

Important Information:
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unauthorized pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.
Pet Policy: We can accept 1-2 small dogs ONLY that weigh 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee of $175 + tax per pet is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.
Parking: This unit has 1 reserved parking space. Guest parking is limited to 1-2 cars on the shuffleboard, first come first serve.

This home is conveniently located down the street from Guilty Sea Sports Pub and VIP Mexican. You will also find the following places within walking distance: JD's Restaurant & Bar, Jimmy Guana's, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, Crabby Bills, Pipo N Betty's Bakery, and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills. For the kids and kids at heart, there's a small waterpark located nearby.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
