“Excelente hotel en la Marine Drive de Mumbai. Personal amable y atento, habitación amplia y cómoda, gran opción de desayuno. El único inconveniente fue el uso de la piscina y la terraza superior; para llegar a la piscina se utiliza el paso del bar al que puede llegar todo el mundo, así que se cierra la piscina a las 17h y si quieres disfrutar de la puesta del sol no te queda más remedio que acceder a "The Dome", y eso si no hay un evento privado (como en nuestro caso). “En otra ocasión nos habiamos alojado en el Hotel Trident. Francamente es mucha la diferencia de precio y no tanta la calidad del hotel. Como nuestro vuelo salia con destino a Europa a las 2,30 h de la madrugada nos dejaron la habitación hasta las 16 horas para que pudieramos ducharnos y guardar las ultimas compras. El personal ha sido muy amable y la habitación es muy buena y limpia. Unicamente diria como negativo que en un hotel de esta categoria la conexión a internet deberia ser gratuita.”

“El Hotel Ascot queda ubicada en una zona cercana a muchas de las atracciones que tiene Mumbai, Colaba. La gente de la recepción es muuuuy amigable y colabora en todas las gestiones claves (como alquilar un auto para moverse en la ciudad). Eso hace que la estadía sea agradable. “CMT駅の目の前のホテルで非常にアクセスがよく、またレストランやフードストリートが近くとても過ごしやすかったです。窓のない部屋を予約したのでクラクションなどはあまり音がしなくてよかったのですが、ネズミが天井や壁で大運動会してました笑 お風呂のお湯もしっかり出て、とても清潔でした。スタッフさんも親切な方が多くありがたかったです。ありがとうございました。”

“Shared dorm room for 6 so quite a busy room. Cleaned everyday, room stayed cool in the heat. Lovely atmosphere and the guys on reception really helpful for organising money exchange, buses, eSIM and answering questions. Hotel is right in Colaba and by India Gate, 25 minute stroll to the Wankhede cricket stadium for the T20 World Cup. Fantastic time in Mumbai and the hotel ticked all the boxes. ”

“La estancia podría haber sido plena de satisfación, pero la limpieza, parece ser que a los turistas no vale todo, nos han tenido que cambiar las sábanas porque nos daba la sensación de que no habían sido cambiadas. "I felt ripped off by the room offered after I reserved for a 'bay view.' The fault may be IHG's, or this hoteles web site, or mine, for being inadequately attentive. I'll describe what I remember and what I got, and let readers decide. My receipt shows that I booked and paid for: "Habitación clásica, 1 cama de matrimonio grande, vistas a la bahía" Marine Drive and the hotel face Back Bay, which is pretty large. I assumed that I'd open the curtains to a full view of the water. I'll try to upload an .mp3 to show what I saw when I opened the curtains. Yes, I could see the bay ... by sitting on one corner of one couch. What I saw the rest of the time was a homely building across the street. The IHG web site distinguishes between classic "bay view" and premium "sea view" rooms, and includes accurate photos. The hoteles site lists different prices for rooms with 'vistas a la bahía' and 'vistas al mar,' with much smaller photos. I'll guess that other travelers assume that 'bay view' means opening the windows to a full sight of Back Bay. The description and pictures aren't adequate. Bookers of 'bay view' rooms should be forewarned that they'll get about what I got. I had trouble regulating the temperature, and heard some noise from other guests through the walls, but the hotel is still excellent in other respects. All service staff were first rate, courtesy personified; I felt particularly impressed by one who wanted to share her love for Indian food with diners. "
