*Min age to rent any property is 25.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 8 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. You may park in the garage and driveway only. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Summer or Winter, this 2800 square foot private mountain home is perfect for families and friends . Walk or shuttle to Heavenly’s Boulder Lodge, 4 mile drive to casinos, Edgewood Golf Course, shopping, and restaurants, 7 miles to Zephyr Cove Beach.

Known as Chef Dave's Lodge because of the gourmet kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, 6 burner gas cook top, double ovens, microwave, dishwasher, large French Door refrigerator and plenty of granite counter space for food prep. Dining table seats 8, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

Full size front loading washer and dryer in the laundry room, double car garage, with parking for an additional 6 cars, or Truck and boat trailer in the driveway.
Maple hardwood and tile floors throughout, showers in all five bathrooms, 2 of the bathrooms also have a bathtub. Two of the five bathrooms are en suite

You are only allowed 10 people at any time at the house.

Great size and location. Clean and plenty of blankets and towels. My one recommendation would be to include shampoo at the property. There was kitchen items but nothing in the bathroom.

Needs a renovation but it is a decent place to stay. Could use a good deep cleaning seems like mostly just gets a simple surface cleaning. Beds need new mattresses for sure and kitchen could use new cookware cutlery etc but otherwise we enjoyed our stay

Perfect location for skiing
My friends and I enjoyed a great week on Heavenly as well as Kirkwood and Northstar - around an hour drive from both locations. Hot tub was great after a long day of skiing and downtown South Lake Tahoe was a quick drive for a night out.

Good Location to lifts
Loved the property, had a lot of options for cookware which was perfect for staying inside to cook. The weekend we arrived, Tahoe was hit with a huge blizzard. The host was very responsive in getting a plow to plow the driveway. Throughout the stay, they had people to shovel the entire property which was nice to have, especially with the volume of snow they got. Had some issues with the top shelf of the dishwasher not staying in place, but other then that, an overall positive stay

This is a wonderful property!!! I took my family there for our annual ski trip and we had the best time. The house was spacious, clean, well appointed and had a great location. Easy access to Heavenly and a quick drive to restaurants and casinos.

Blizzard week!
The house looks exactly as advertised. Communication with the owner and property manager was easy and fast. Could use new mattresses and lighting (bright LED bulbs in dimmers that don’t dim). Snow removal was slow…yes, there was a blizzard. We paid the local snowplow ourselves to clear the driveway. We arrived to find only one working shovel and requested additional shovels which arrived a few hours later. Bedrooms are FREEZING because all of the heat seems to go to one of the upstairs bedrooms and none of the others. Safeway grocery store is nearby. Plenty of towels. A very nice place for a group or family!

My family and friends enjoyed our stay in this house. The hot tub and pool table were used a lot. The house was well stocked with plates, utensils and pots. It would have been helpful to have a few more kitchen towels and mats by the doors. The floors got really wet from all the snow! We had to use the white towels for the floor. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Great Home and Location
We had a group of 10 adults and it was the perfect property. Close walk to the ski lift and plenty of room for everyone. Evie took great care to make sure everything was ready and that we enjoyed our stay.

Great time overall!
The house was super nice and comfortable but the house keeping was not good at all the floors and baseboards where filthy, our kids could not play on the ground without us going out and buying new mops and cleaners because the ones there were not usable. The exterior decking also needs some repairs because one of the kids tripped on a loose board and popped nails.

The property is centrally located and was easy to access Stateline and the highway that travels around the lake. Evie and her property manager were responsive to the few questions we had, which put us at ease from the moment we arrived.

great home setup for large family
Loved the 6 bedrooms and 5 baths, and 3 en-suite bedrooms. Also, a great kitchen and table and large attached family room. Great for pets and owner communication. House is updated and is excellent. Sounds like most Tahoe homes do not need air conditioning, but it would be more accurate to have in the Exclusions area, as we went at end of Jul and it was close to 80 degrees in the home - I am sure most months this is not a problem, but we were surprised as we assumed it would have AC.

Birthday fun
If you like to cook n relax this is the house. There is a fully equipped kitchen with multiple of everything ( coffe pots, plates, cups, silverware) we utilized everything. This house felt like home, so much so we only ate out 1 time. We all leveled up our pool game with the multiple games we played together. Then we all came together for a relaxing dip in the cozy hot tub. Would definitely recommend renting this house if your looking for a price fun getaway.

The vacation house was conveniently located next to Heavenly's Boulder and Stagecoach base lifts as well as a short drive to Heavenly Village. The house was immaculately clean. The bedrooms were perfect for our two families to reunite and enjoy the spring skiing conditions. The kitchen included a number of appliances (slow cookers, two coffee pots), great pans, and plentiful glassware and dishes. We will surely recommend this property to friends and family visiting Lake Tahoe!

Best location, wonderful space and host
This is THE spot to stay if going to Heavenly resort and Stateline. A short walk to the lifts, groceries, and a short drive to the nightlife and casinos. The house is beautiful, spacious, and accommodating. My group loved the chef's kitchen and the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms. There's no better place to stay and we'd love to visit again!
