Room was dated. No frig. Parking should be free. Elevators were small & dated. On a good note, they did apologize for the dripping water leak in the bathroom.

The coffee maker was missing cups necessary to make coffee. I requested the cups via their virtual concierge at 7pm. Housekeeping knocked on our door repeatedly at 2AM to deliver them.

I was on the 7th floor. And there was flooding coming from the vending machine/ice machine into the hallway. Room itself needed some maintenance. Fridge, counters and walls needed repairs and a paint job.

We stayed in the main building which was beyond disappointing! Old old old! Our friends opgraded to the newer building for an additional $60 per night which we didn't want to spend. Most of the time only 1 out of 3 elevators were working so it could take 10-15 minutes just to wait for an elevator. (Wish we were given a choice when booking of remodeled or not remodeled.)
