The staff was helpful & kind but the property itself was dirty & outdated.

Overall it was a good stay the room was clean.The staff was good in the beginning but at checkout the women working the front desk was rude and acted as if she didn’t want to be ask questions about the shuttles. And there was a problem with the printer I assume because I never received my receipt and she said she would email it .

We loved our stay here! The staff was excellent and truly made us feel well taken care of, and the rooms themselves were great. A couple of small things worth mentioning: our TV remote wasn't working, which was a bit of a bummer since the World Cup was on and it would've been nice to catch some games while getting ready in the evenings. The floor was also a little grimy when we arrived, though staff came promptly to clean it once we mentioned it. I did also point out some dust under the beds and was told it would be taken care of during cleaning, but it never quite got addressed — nothing major, but a bit of extra attention to those details would go a long way. Overall, though, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The team's warmth and hospitality really stood out.

Lovely big rooms with the best mattress, made for a perfect sleep. Also, real soap for people sensitive to the liquid detergent based shower gels in most hotels now. There are renovations ongoing but they didn't interfere with my stay. Great front desk, helpful and knowledgeable. Would certainly return.
