“No one at the gated property. No check in instructions. Arrived at 4:03 on 3/13/26 for a three-night stay. I’ve used VRBO for over twenty years and this is the first time I couldn’t access the property. Had to book overpriced Holiday Inn Express rooms because of the Wine and Chocolate Festival I was attending and a huge youth baseball tournament which kept the hotel loud all night each night. There were very unusual circumstances leading to the owner not to be available for contact but I’m out……

“The location was great. Loved seeing the farm animals. Very Friendly dog. The cottage was super cute. Our host allowed us to check in an hour before check in time. The bed was not bad at all slept soundly.The cottage inside was very dusty, The shower needed a good scrubbing, there was left over hair from the last guest. Over all it would have been perfect if were cleaner.”

“This is such a great little place and so convenient, as far as where my family lives when I come visit here in Sacramento! It's clean, and comfortable, and very private. This is by far my favorite place we have stayed in Sacramento, and we are definitely coming back here if it's available! I love that we could bring our pup with us, and our host doesn't discriminate on the size of your dog. “Our host was very responsive and quick to support us on our trip. The property was cute and perfect for me and my husband and our daughter and her boyfriend. The bathroom is like a camp bathroom. Sharing it with another couple takes timing, consideration, and communication. The outside lights stay on all night, so we wished we’d brought our sleep masks. The coffee maker is a pod-style coffee maker. Bring your own pods, unless you like Colombian coffee. We were a little concerned driving in on……
