“This was our 6 or 7 time at The Reeds. We love Stone Harbor and The Reeds is the only place we would stay. The staff from check in to check out couldn’t be more helpful. We met the President and GM this trip. A special shoutout to Diane, concierge! She’s wonderful and has gone above and beyond each time we’ve been there”

“Wow we were very disappointed this time staying here. I believe we had the room furthest from the beach. And the worst thing is the air conditioner broke in our room. What they did was bring in a portable machine hook it up to the balcony slider door. Now this means we cannot use our balcony or lock this door and the noice from this machine was deafening. I believe I should be compensated one night. 😟”

“Concord Suites was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and helpful. I’ve never seen a hotel where the staff were so focused on keeping things clean and meeting the guests’ needs. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!”

“We over all enjoyed our stay. The motel has been upgraded since I lasted visited as a child. The room and kitchen area were better upgraded than the bathroom. The restroom needs some updating and cleaning. I did notice walking barefoot in the room, the floors were dirty and still had sand. The front desk were very nice and accommodating with anything we needed. Pool was very clean, hot tub not hot at all. We used the grill area to cook which was fun but the furniture in that area was needs to be……
