“I had a stay booked at another location and when I checked in, I was mortified by the filth and disrepair. I had to leave the first location right away due to its horrid state, and booked Coastal Sands extremely last minute; what a pleasant surprise! “The room was clean and appeared to have been updated fairly recently. The staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating from the front desk to the rest of the staff which is a huge plus. The exterior area of the property is kept clean but could use a refresh in certain areas. The proximity of the motel to the beach and boardwalk is top tier.
