"We had an ok stay and that was thanks to the amazing housekeeper and the help of the owner and the lady at Absolute Charm trying to all work together. We received the text that the room was ready after we had been walking for hours. Unfortunately the room was not ready. The owner quickly had the housekeeper come and she showed up quickly and was super personable and respectful. Everything was done and we had a nice weekend."

"This property was great! It was far enough out of town to make you feel like you were in the country, and yet close enough to everything to not be a pain to get to. It was clean, modern, and everything that was advertised. If I had one complaint it would be the water pressure. I turned the shower on and it turned it right back off. The sinks were okay, but the shower is slightly above a trical. Overall it was a wonderful experience and stay. My wife and I are already planning our next trip! "

"We loved the location and all of the extra niceties the owners have put into the property. It is a great location, on a quiet street but very close to all of the shopping and restaurants!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The place is exactly like the pictures, immaculate and the backyard even had a gate that opens into a green patch for the dog. I believe this would only be for the dog friendly one. The hot tub was an icing on the cake at night after a long day of drinking wine at the wineries. The condo is located close to Main Street and downtown. There is also a Walmart next to it and a starbucks 5 mins away. We’ll be back here with friends. "

"This was a lovely location for the first time in Fredericksburg! Right on the main strip. Around the corner from the perfect seafood restaurant to celebrate an anniversary. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles - no complementary kcups and make sure to salvage your toilet paper. But it was a great spot for a weekend getaway."
