"Richard was very helpful . The hotel is 150 + years old as it was the railway hotel right next to the train station. It has a restaurant/ lounge that serves food and the breakfast was very good. There is very little available in the immediate area. Lochcarron is about 2+ miles away."

"Lovely place to stay. Our hosts were warm and charming. Enjoyed sitting on the back patio nd enjoying the view. Appreciated the small items, beverages and snacks for purchase. We did purchase a bottle of wine and enjoyed it on the back patio."

Genuine Highland Victorian hunting lodge experience
"Glencarron Lodge was ideal for our big family get-together when we were 'ancestor hunting' in the area. The very spacious house meant we didn't feel on top of one another. Plenty of room to sit together in the lounge and the dining room. We enjoyed the typical hunting lodge decor."
