It was a nice place and had many good qualities, multiple pools, great onsite cafe, and in the heart of Destin. Our two biggest issues were if we wanted to be next to the water in a beach chair we had to rent their chairs and event then you could not sit with your feet in the water. We chose to use the chairs we brought but had to sit on the backside of the beach well away from the water.
The second issue was we had someone enter our room while we were away to put some additional furniture on the balcony, but we were not told anyone was coming. That gave us an uneasy feeling that anyone could show up while we were not in the unit.
We do not plan to stay there again for those two reasons.
