“The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. That being said, this hotel is possibly unfit for people. Our first room had a strong musty smell, mold in the ac, mold on lamp shades and various deep carpet stains. We requested another room and were given the hot tub suite. I was told it was inoperable currently. That room also has mold in the ac and mold on the lamp shades. Neither bathroom has any active venting at all.”

“When we checked into our room it smelled musty. Went to the front desk and requested a room change and were immediately put into another room. Our room was very quiet and the room was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was very delish and well portioned. “Wasn’t what I was expecting. The drain in the bath was broken so I had to take it out for the tub to drain. Stains on the carpet by the bed. And the bed was extremely high. I roll into it face first and then roll over. I am 72 years old and I am 5 foot 3”. One question, is the breakfast room for the guests or the staff. The staff were sitting in a booth while guests with more than 2 in their party were standing.”
