“The hotel overall is beautiful, including the amenities and front of house staff. Only down fall is that the staff in the restaurant are a bit slow and got orders wrong. Our eggs in the morning didn’t arrive and our coffee orders were wrong. I can only assume that this is because the hotel had just opened for the summer period and they were getting into the swing of things. I would definitely return and hope that this would be better, however, overall I am extremely satisfied. ”

“Super vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet obwohl wenige Gäste da waren. Exzellent. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der Nähe des Spielplatzes. Es war etwas älter, aber super sauber und mit einer kleinen Kochnische ausgestattet. Wir konnten heizen, was wichtig für uns war. Einzig hätte ich mit zusätzluch zum Vorhang, der komplett abdunkelt eine durchsichtige Gardine gewünscht. Ohne diese hatten wir die Möglichkeit ohne Tageslicht zu sein oder mit Tageslicht und andere Gäste konnten über die großzügige……

“We had an absolutely brilliant stay for two nights half board in a side seaview top double room. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet and evening buffet were amazing. Very quiet at this time of the year and had the Indoor Pool and Sauna to ourselves! We recommend this Hotel highly.”

“Napa Jay is unfortunenaly not made for families, beginning with the check-in there was no room for corrections. We traveled as three people including a little baby, we arrived and the room was prepared with three single beds. In the evening there was then no possibilty to change that. At the next morning the Miss on the reception offered then to change, that was very kind. But we changed the hotel after two days because the vibe and the condition of the hotel is not good anymore.
