"We didn’t have to speak to owners but one time except communication during booking and upon checking out. The owner seemed to be responsive and open to communication if needed. However, a MAJOR renovation needs to be done at what appears to have formerly been the basement. Our trip included two couples with no privacy because you have to go through one bedroom to get to the bathroom. Not to mention there is only a shutter door that separates the rooms (no privacy). Televisions are soooooo...

"While we were staying here weather knocked out the power. This of course is out of the property owners hands. However, I think they should keep light sources on hand like a camping lantern or flashlights for these situations because sitting in darkness for 5 hours was not pleasant. Especially since several water roaches/palmetto bugs took the darkness as a cue to come out and walk around the living room."
