"Overall, a POSITIVE experience. I only dropped the facility ratings because they are remodeling, so there was furniture outside many rooms. We did not have a dresser in our room. It had NO impact on our stay. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I told the front desk clerk we WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR for the Dover NASCAR race. "It was a good hotel, not too busy, served its purpose for the weekend, only downside was hot water was sporadic, it was hot, then cold briefly before getting hot, not a big deal, but I do enjoy a steady shower, whether hot or cold without fluctuation, no big deal tho, room was clean, staff was friendly, and it served its purpose for a cheap getaway weekend!"

"Went with my significant other to Mardi Gras and it was a great price. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel so no need for a cab only when returning home at night. Even though it was about 15 mins away from New Orleans, it was worth the price and they are under going renovation. The 2 star rating is unfair cause we had an overall great experience. I was expecting an aweful room and terrible area but it was none of that. Ty you for making our trip memorable."

"Well they have you sign bunch of papers and you dont understand what he is saying to you since talks so fast and English not first language then take additional $100 from credit card that will be returned. They never returned mine for what reason I have none nor was I sent anything explaining why it wasn't returned. I did nothing but spend the night quietly by myself. "
