Plaza de Armas is short distance walk (7 mins walk). Going down to plaza de armas is easy but going back to the hotel is a struggle because of the uphill hike and dealing with Altitude. I suggest to take the uber going back to the hotel, it only cost me around $4-4.40 US (15.50 soles).
