Comfortable and clean

This house was just right for our week long stay in Zephryhills. It was comfortable and clean and well stocked. I cooked meals, washed laundry, and made day trips to Orlando, Busch Gardens, the outlet mall, and the ocean! The beds were comfortable and bathroom very clean. Thanks for a great stay!

Accuracy 100%, easy communication, clean. We used to live in Zephyrhills so we are familiar with the area. This particular duplex has been renovated and is in good shape. Not everything is aestheticically perfect such addict tape on the bathroom door, but functionality wise everything was fine and worked well. No issues at all. Would stay here again next time we are in town.

Great Hideaway

Beautiful place with everything you need for a small family or short stay. Place is exactly as advertised. Neighborhood hood looks a little sketchy at first, but there were never any issues. Adequate amount of space, dishes, towels, etc. Host was great allowing a fluctuating time for check in and check out based on our trip. Recommeded! Will stay again if traveling to the same area!
