Needs to be updated. Rooms are old and smell musty. Sliding glass door broken. Our first room had mold in the ceiling so we had to get our room changed. The whole lobby and second floor smell of chlorine because the door to the basement was open. Will never stay here again.

The property was very pretty however there was a convention or something going on and there were kids running all over the place unsupervised banging on doors at 11:30 at night. I wish I had known that I would not have booked at that particular time.

There are two receptionist a younger woman and older one. The older one was nice but the younger receptionist was rude, unpleasant, nasty demeanor, and unprofessional. Never greeted us when we walked in just rudely stated “checking in”! Then we tried to pay for a Sri k at the front desk where she saw us standing there and continued talking to her go worker in the back office like she didn’t see us. Also hotel lobby was full the whole weekend with loiters made it uncomfortable to walk through at times

This properly is the most disgusting hotel ever. It is super dirty everywhere. The room is a disgrace and disgusting. The bed full of hair, the pillow is so dirty and nasty that there is no words to describe it. The homeless people pillows are more clean. We had to run to Walmart and buys sheets and pillows. And disinfect the whole room. The shower was clogged. The facility looks like a horrible and scary mansion. These place should not be in services. This is a total diseases and bacteria spreaders. The "hotel" if it can be called that, this should be a motel, has sign in from entrance to excuse appearing as they are renovating, this hotel should be closed, demolished and redone. The elevator are slow as snails and old. The carpets all around the hotel is super nasty and dirty. People should stay away from this nightmare of hotel. $20 at night is too much for this low quantity property and service. Nycha and the slump are in better shape than this property. This hotel is a total embarrassment and not worth it. Total nastiness.

If anyone has a an elderly with them, please do not book this property. Their elevators do not work half the time and you are forced to use the stairs. When informed, they are did not care that an elderly had to climb up the stairs. When the elevator works, the carpet in there is dirty and smelly. Hallway carpets are also the same way. Only the first day room service came and vacuumed the room and afer that they never did. Instead they only changed the towels and nothing else. So, they don't care about you, cleanliness of the room or the hallway or the elevator. I won't book any rooms here in the futures at all. BEWARE!

It was nice with beautiful view. The elevator not working intermittently was a bit of a pain and the lack of staff in the hotel bar/restaurant was difficult. Maybe staff better when there are events happening nearby

The elevator has been broke for a week and when you use the stairs, it has duct tape on the railing that is mobile. Some of the staff were nice some were very rude. If you can just sleep in your car and pass on this place!!

Elevator out of service had to take the steps to the 4th floor exercise equipment was out dated & broken pools had debris floating in them water leaking in the hallway from the ceiling steamroom had a bad oder, the banisters in the stairway were held together with duct tape smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling!! Will never return

The hotel needs renovations and maintenance. The elevator was down for a holiday weekend, the wallpaper is dated and stained, the carpets in the hallways are dirty and need to be replaced. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
