"The property was ok, we stayed in the unit in the back, there was no closet for my clothes, the mattress was terrible it was like sleeping on a cot. The mattress is a memory foam I presume but my back killed me everyday, I was so glad to go home to get a good night's rest. There was no where to iron after finding the iron the last day. I don't know if I'll stay there again."

"My 85 year old grandmother was released from the hospital and it was very comfortable and convenient for her and our family everywhere was far as groceries and amenities was 5 mins away "

"The check-in process was quick and easy and the property was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with all basic supplies needed to cook and dine in. The furniture was comfortable and the amenities provided were SO appreciated. I forgot my hair dryer and towels...but the kind property owner didn't! "Great peaceful stay with clean pool area space, useful kitchen and bedroom. The coffee maker needed cleaning, grounds were forgotten but the space itself was clean and comfortable, thank you! Great fridge/freezer, oven everything worked great. We loved the location, 10 minutes from the beach and central to lots of other towns."

"The property is clean, safe and very functional. It is only a 15 minute walk to TD Ballpark and a 30 minute walk to downtown Dunedin. The hosts were easy to reach and very well organized."

"Exactly as described. The owners did a great job of renovating an old beach motel into a beautifully updated property. Two heated pools, convenient location and the best shower heads make for a really nice weekend getaway. Can’t wait to come back!"

"The property and location were great for ours needs. It met our expectations. My daughter and I stayed in the studio apartment, and we had friends staying in the 2 bedroom house on the property. I was disappointed that the backyard area was off limits to guests. The owner's family lived on the property and the yard was for their use. The owner and family were very nice and accomodating, but i assumed the property was for our use only during the rental.I would consider renting again when in the...

"The little place was very quaint. The bed was more comfortable than my own and the shower was huge. Loved the little fenced in yard, loved the landscape. My only complaint would be better ac. The little units caught up later at night. Im very hit blooded so thats probably just me. Overall a great place to stay. My son complained about the internet, but that doesnt bother me i dont play games and he will survive lol. Highly recommend, close to everything and the price point was good."

"Very cute antique type decor but that resulted in no comfortable seating for watching the tv. The king bed was way too soft. Shower was great. The courtyard area was beautifully landscaped but was way too hot to enjoy. It was very quiet. Lots of rules and warnings that made us nervous we would do something wrong and be fined."
